Richard worked in various banks in the City of London for 26 years up until 1995, when he decided to re-launch his career, achieve job satisfaction and improve his life style.
With this in mind he founded Aegle Limited, a successful recruitment company, to provide experienced staff to the banking and finance industry.
Since the inception of Aegle Richard and his team have assisted many people in identifying their own personal goals and achieving career satisfaction and an improved lifestyle.
Richard successfully managed outplacement services for the London staff of a foreign bank on its closure and on a personal basis for a number of individuals.

Following a successful 18 year career with a UK ‘big four’ clearing bank in retail and business banking, managing both operations and customer service, Keith joined Aegle in 1997 to build up the client portfolio in cash management, payments and related software application providers.
Keith has experience with a London based outplacement firm. His first class interviewing technique is invaluable in consulting with clients to help establish potential career development routes and his meticulous research skills and extensive contacts in the banking and financial services industry are key to helping clients network to discover the ideal career openings.

Chris spent over 20 years working for a UK clearing bank to senior manager level and a leading American bank as a vice president, more than 6 years running his own consultancy firm fulfilling assignments for a major UK bank focused in MEA & Asia, a large Dutch international bank and a dotcom start-up followed by 6 years as commercial director of a factoring publisher.
Chris has experience with two leading outplacement firms and has successfully advised a number of individuals seeking to revise their career paths to achieve enhanced personal satisfaction.
